In what areas do we specialise?
As a small be-spoke company we accept that we have to work in a number of deferring arenas and therefore have aligned ourselves as associates with a number of other small specialist consulting companies. This allows the associates to share with us their expertise. We will always honour a client’s request if they do not wish their confidentiality to be breached with any of our associates.
The operation of our consulting expertise is typically having an ear of independence that can both support and deliver if required, and which is not dependent on the size or value of the company who seek our assistance or services.

So do we only deal with large companies?
No, most certainly not. We deal with companies of differing sizes and organisations. A general example is that most organisations have at least two of the main backbone features; these are;
• Manufacturing
• Wholesale
• Logistics
• Sales
All of these features are very much part of the supply-chain. Within the supply-chain there are a number of factors that constitute the operational efficiency of a company. These factors typically cover such areas as; raw materials, procurement, finance, technology, logistics, marketing, retail operations and of course sales.

So we are conscious that we need to deal in all spheres of industry and be aware of the issues. One of my early mentors coached and suggested – “... and how do you know if it can be improved if you do not know the detail. I suggest you spend more time on the floor”. This has proved to be most valuable advice, after all, the people at the coalface do the work and in most cases have all the expertise, so why not learn and understand from them some of their issues.
